Further, we have developed our own online project management application (OPAL) to help keep you informed of the project's progress and to provide input and feedback. Clients are able to see their project's status and to log a variety of actions like for instance Tasks, Problem Reports, Change Request etc and to monitor the progress of these actions. OPAL is a very useful tool but we would also hold regular online meetings and/or conference calls as well as any scheduled site meetings as required.
